NOTE: A player cannot change from one team to another if he has participated in any game for the team upon whose roster he was submitted.  The only situation where a player may change teams is if that player was submitted on a team's roster at the start of the season but never played in a game with that team (was never entered in the score book), and wishes to change teams.
